Product Introduction:

This product adopts DSP digital image processing technology and dual-CCD structure to measure the luminous intensity and optical axis offset of motor vehicle headlight. It is in compliance with GB7258 and GB 38900. It is suitable for ex-factory inspection of new vehicles of automobile works.

Advanced DSP high-speed image processing technology and high-definition CCD camera system: Realizes full-automatic testing and adjustment.

Precision optical system design: Matching with the V (λ) Curve recommended by CIE, suitable for all kinds of headlights and fog lights, capable of testing export left-hand vehicles and American-standard vehicles with double-infection dipped headlight.

Test results: Consistent with 10-meter screen method specified in the national standard, convenience for user self-calibration.

Double-light inspection and online adjustment function.

Controlled by high-performance industrial computer: With professional design of "human-machine dialog" online adjustment and function setup interface, more simple and convenient light adjustment, dual-display system for dual-backup data display.

Capability of measuring high beam and low beam separately and online adjustment: Tester head not moving during light adjustment, with fast speed and high precision.

Multi-point assistive light-seeking system and special CCD light-seeking mode: Effectively preventing external light interference.

Testing distance: 0.8—1.2m, meeting the flexible production line mode of automobile manufacturer.
